It is crucial to define what success looks like for you!

There’s a big difference between knowing what success is and understanding what true success means for you personally.

We’re constantly bombarded with images of “success” on social media—cars, watches, houses, yachts. While those things are great and may represent success for some, they don’t define it for everyone.

Have you ever asked yourself what you truly need to feel happy? If not, you might be surprised by your initial thoughts and answers.

This idea came from a recent clip I posted from my episode with my good friend Mikey Hernandez, where he talked about his passion for helping others and discovering that was his true form of success. After listening, I realized I had never truly considered this simple question myself.

Once you understand what success means to you, it’s crucial to set the right goals and plans to begin your journey toward it. Don’t just think about the question—be intentional in your approach!

This is something I struggle with daily, and I’m sure many of you feel the same. Setting goals can be intimidating, but I’ve yet to interview a successful person who is against goal-setting. Being realistic is important, but don’t shy away from challenging yourself—you’ll be surprised at what you can achieve!

I challenge everyone reading this to define what success means to you and reply below with your answer to document and hold yourself accountable!
