Can you believe this guy? Dre Medici owns an agency (Grow With Us) generating over $400K a month, a restaurant doing $300K a month, is the co-founder of an app valued at over $100M, and owns over $2 million in real estate—and he JUST turned 24!

Dre Medici is a 24-year-old Miami entrepreneur who’s been building successful businesses since he launched his first internet company in the health and wellness space at just 16 years old.

Since then, Dre has been on an absolute tear, crushing it in every industry he touches!

In this interview, we dive deep into his journey, starting at 18 when he dropped out of college and moved to New York City to launch his agency. He went against the grain, and that bet paid off, with his agency making multiple millions over the last 5 years. What stood out to me the most was their 95% customer retention rate on nearly 20,000 monthly subscribers—an agency owner’s dream!

With the profits from his agency, Dre wired $250,000 to buy out other partners and give his dad 100% ownership of their restaurant, Luna Pasta e Dolci, an authentic Italian restaurant in Miami. Using his marketing expertise, Dre and his father grew the business from $10K a month to over $300K a month! (I eat here twice a month—it’s fantastic.)

Through strategic networking and a track record of success, Dre had the opportunity to invest in an app called LinkMe. He’s now the co-founder and CMO of the company, which has raised capital at a peak valuation of over $109 million!

Like any savvy entrepreneur, Dre has been reinvesting his profits to build a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio in Miami. He’s making this a priority as he works toward his true calling: helping others.

His main goal is to retire his father as a millionaire, and he’s well on his way to achieving it!
