I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: building a social presence is crucial over the next few years. It doesn’t matter which platform—just establish a reputation and following in the digital world.

I bring this up because I just completed a 30-day review of my podcast, which I relaunched this past Monday! (Watch Here) Over the past 30 days, I’ve been posting short-form content exclusively across Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Before this period, I made significant changes in my company. I moved away from working with an agency for editing and YouTube packaging, brought on a new editor with a track record in podcasts, and wasn’t afraid to follow trends and create content people wanted to watch. I also brought a thumbnail provider and long-form editor in-house to regain control of the vision.

I’m sharing these results to inspire anyone out there grinding away. I have less than 1K followers on all platforms, yet my content reached 40x more people than my current follower count. Just post consistently, and you’ll begin to see the rewards.

For anyone curious about the behind-the-scenes, it’s less glamorous than you might think. I’ve spent less than $2,000 on equipment over the last 15 months, and you could spend half that and still succeed. I self-produce every episode with no support and pay an editor less than $500 a month to repurpose the content. With that, I’ve generated over 50K new views every 30 days. If you can play the long game and let things compound, this will be the greatest ROI you can generate over the next 10 years.
