How Carl Got Started
Carl's journey began in sneaker reselling. He learned pricing, customer psychology, and marketing from flipping Yeezys and Supreme. That evolved into ecommerce stores, and eventually into hiring a CRO freelancer to help improve his conversions. That freelancer is now his business partner.
Together, they built Accelerated, which now has a team of 30+ people working with some of the biggest DTC and B2B brands on the planet.
Carl was drawn to CRO because it sits at the intersection of marketing and psychology. It’s not about design—it’s about understanding how people think and buy.

The Accelerated Strategy
Accelerated doesn’t run ads or manage media. Instead, they embed full CRO teams into high-growth companies. Each 6-person pod includes:

CRO strategists & analysts
Copywriters and funnel experts
They handle landing pages, offers, testing, upsells, A/B tests, and more. But they’re selective—they only work with 25 brands at a time doing at least $500K/month.

Carl's big break came after speaking at GeekOut Dubai in 2022. That one talk led to their first major client, The Oodie, and snowballed from there. Soon they were working with Huel, AG1, Hormozi, and others.

"Good CRO is just structured empathy. Talk to 50 customers. The answers are there."
Building the Right Team
Early in his journey, Carl made common founder mistakes: hiring based on personality, skipping process, and scaling without financial visibility. The fix? Hire fewer, better people.
"One senior can outperform four juniors. It's worth the cost."
He also learned the hard way that culture matters more than you expect. Anyone who didn’t align with their mindset eventually left.
